Today I ate Plain rice along with Asam Pedas Ikan Kembung, Sambal Belacan and Fried Brinjal......Malaysian food is actually consists of a variety of food which originated from different cultural background in Malaysia. The three major ethnic groups; the Malays, Chinese and Indians dominate most of Malaysian cuisine. Therefore, if you are from India or China, you won't have any problem with food when you come to Malaysia.
There are also influenced from Eastern countries in Malaysian cuisine such as from Middle East. There are some hotels or even during the fasting month you can see there are lots of food with Middle East style sold.
